10/20/2008- Due to ongoing increased costs some of our manufacturers raised their prices
on some of their products in September or earlier. We have to
now implement those increases. |

10/10/08- We've added the new and exciting new
product called PureVita Pure and Natural Holistic Dog Food by NutriSource.
It's got everything you want or need in a dog food. |

10/8/08-Canidae has added Snap-Bits to their
treat line. They are great for training. They also added 3 new
dog food formulas- Grain Free Salmon, All Life Stages Grain Free, and
Beef & Fish Formula. |

10/8/08- We've made a separate Cat Food page
so those of you who just want cat food can now find it all in
one place.

7/21/08- Canidae is in the process of changing
bag sizes and improving their formulas. We are changing bag
sizes and formulas as they arrive at our warehouse so will have
both formulas for some products for awhile.

- 6/30/08- Added Super Premium Nutritional
Natural Life products to our web page. Super formulas at super
pricing.

6/18/08- We have added a great pet food,
Canine Caviar, to our list of products. It is an all-natural dog
food that uses no corn, wheat, soy, barley, bran, grain middlings or
by-products. |

6/18/08- NutriSource has now raised prices on
some of their products. |

6/2/08- Eagle Pack and other pet food companies have been forced to
raise their prices on some products again. They could not
anticipate the ongoing increases in ingredient and fuel costs.
NutriSource and Natural Planet Organics will be raising their prices
as of 6/16/08.

5/17/08- Eagle has added Holistic Select Natural Dog Treats to
their products. These come in Salmon, Chicken and Duck with Pork
soon to be available.

5/8/08- We've added
Tuffy's Pet Foods to our products. Tuffy's has been a value in dog
food for 35 years. |

5/7/08- We've added Wellness Indoor Health
Cat Food to our Wellness line. It's a great Holistic Cat Food. |

4/29/08- For our Fromm customers, we now have the Grain-Free Surf &
Turf, a new dry formula of Pork & Applesauce, and a new canned formula of
Pork Tenderloin. They have also created some delicious gravies
to pour over your dog or cat's food. We have Chicken Gravy or
Beef & Bacon Gravy. |

4/9/08- We've added
the exciting new formulas by Eagle for Small & Mini Breed Puppy and
Adult Dogs. |

3/3/08- We are
adding more wholesome products to our pages. Currently we have added
Nature's Logic Dog Food and treats that are meat based with no
wheat, corn, soy, rice or potato. |

2/22/08- Pet
food companies are raising their prices due to greatly
increased ingredient costs and fuel charges. Eagle
Pack has recently raised their prices. We have maintained
our low shipping charges but the total delivered cost will
now be higher. Other pet food companies will be raising
their prices soon.

Our shipping charges are for the lower 48 United States only.

addresses or overseas. We ship orders by UPS or SpeeDee anywhere in the
lower 48 United States. It usually takes
4-6 working days for UPS or 1-3 days for SpeeDee in an
8 state area. Pricing of products are on the Order Pages and our subsidized shipping rates are calculated at check out.
INCORRECT
ADDRESSES: Sometimes we ship to incorrect addresses due
to typos on the customer's order. We have to pay when those products
are returned. These charges will be charged to the
customer when this happens.
RETURN
and REFUND POLICY: If the pet food is defective
we will replace or give a refund if you immediately let us know it is
defective and save the product and packaging for inspection. If
the packaging is severely damaged, save the packaging and product for
inspection and notify us
immediately in order to receive a partial or full refund or replacement
depending on circumstances.
If you choose to return unopened, usable pet food for any other
reason, we will refund the cost of the pet food, excluding shipping
charges. We will not be responsible for any returned packages that are
lost in shipping. It would be advisable to insure the package and
get delivery confirmation for tracking purposes. If a package you are
returning is lost, it is up to the customer to file a claim with the
mailing company.

11/19/07- Natural Planet is a great dog
food for German Shepherd Dogs, as they tend to have sensitive
digestive tracts. My dog's vet stated that she looked fabulous,
as her coat and skin were perfect after eating Natural Planet
for six months. (Elaine)
